海洋强国建设与我国海洋高等教育的科学发展

On the Construction of A Strong Marine Country and Scientific Development of China’s Higher Oceanographic Education

在海洋强国建设进程中,海洋高等教育肩负着为祖国提供海洋事业发展的人才和技术支持的重要使命,实现海洋高等教育的科学发展是建设海洋强国的重要支撑。针对当前我国海洋高等教育还存在总体发展规模尚不发达、整体结构布局尚待优化、综合发展水平尚待提高和全面保障条件尚待强化等问题,提出了从海洋强国战略高度重视海洋高等教育发展、政府应加大支持力度、整合资源、调整海洋高等教育结构等促进我国海洋高等教育科学发展的若干对策。

In the process of the construction of a strong marine country,higher oceanographic education shoulders the mission of providing marine talents and technical support for China’s marine development.The scientific development of China’s higher oceanographic education is also an important pillar in building China into a strong marine country.At present,there are still many problems in China’s higher oceanographic education,which are less-developed overall scale,under-optimized overall structure,low level of comprehensive development and imperfect logistical support and so on.With regard to these problems,this paper proposes several countermeasures which we might consider in the development of China’s higher oceanographic education.
