当前大学生就业困境及对策分析

On College Students’Employment Difficulties and the Countermeasures

面对严峻的就业形势,大学生究竟应该怎样才能摆脱"毕业即失业"的国境,找到一份理想的工作成为了当今亟待解决的问题。大学生就业难的缓解和解决归根结底依赖于经济发展,但也离不开体制改革和观念更新。解决毕业生就业是一项系统工程,需要政府管理部门、社会、高校,以及毕业生本人的共同努力,用人单位须着眼长远发展,树立科学的人才观;大学生自身须不断提高素质,增强自身就业竞争力;高校须完善大学生就业指导工作体系,调整专业设置尤其是课程设置,改变大学生的知识结构。

Due to the severe employment difficulty,what should college students do to get rid of the situation of unemployment upon graduation and find an ideal job has been a serious problem today.Although employment mitigation and resolution essentially depends on economic development,system and mind innovation are also very important.Employment of college students is a system which needs the joint efforts of government departments,the society,universities and students themselves.Employers should focus on long-term development and establish scientific talent concept;Students themselves should constantly improve their quality and enhance their competitiveness;Universities should improve career guidance system and adjust the curriculum setting,particularly,profession setting in order to change the knowledge structure of students.
