资源管理是软件项目管理中的一个重要组成部分,而人力是最重要的资源,目前人力资源多是采用自顶向下的开环分配方式,而当代的管理模式提倡采用多组协同工作为主的管理模式。本文提出了一种基于CSCW的工作组组织和管理模型来支持协同工作,并给出了在客户机/服务器模式下的系统实现。

Resource Management is important m the software project management, and Human Resource is most important of it. It always uses the ways of top - down and open - circle in staff assignment, but there is really cooperation among groups.
