摘要 电子束焊接作为一种新型的焊接工艺在齿轮加工中得到越来越广泛的应用,在某公司双联齿轮加工中,由于产品结构限制,过去只能采用插齿工艺,采用插齿工艺加工效率低,加工质量差,而且对插刀的损耗大;目前采用电子束焊接后,可以将双联齿轮分开,分别滚剃齿加工后,然后焊接在一起,提高了加工效率,保证了产品质量,而且大大降低了生产成本。 As a new welding process, electron beam welding has gained a wide range of applications. Due to limitations on product struc- ture, dual gear processing could only adopt shaping technique in the past, which is poor in efficiency and quality, besides making damages to slotting tools; At present, with adoption of electron beam welding, dual gear is separated and machined individually then welded together. Therefore, machining efficiency is improved; product quality is guaranteed; and production cost is reduced significantly.
