阿魏酸钠注射液联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病52例观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨阿魏酸钠注射液联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床疗效。方法选择糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期102例患者,尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)为30~300mg/24h,随机分为观察组52例和对照组50例。对照组给缬沙坦80mg~160mg,1次/d,共4周。观察组在应用缬沙坦的基础上,加用阿魏酸钠注射液400mg+生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,1次/d,共4周。结果观察组与对照组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),组间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二组用药后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)较用药前均有明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),二组治疗前后UAER差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组与对照组治疗后比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿魏酸钠注射液联合缬沙坦治疗早期DN疗效优于对照组,且无明显不良反应。
