摘要
综述了国内外煤粉浓淡燃烧技术的研究及其在直流煤粉燃烧器上的应用情况,提出了浓淡煤粉气流的浓度比及二者的混合特性是实现水平浓缩煤粉燃烧的关键技术,并在1台35t/h煤粉锅炉上进行了比较全面的工业性试验。最后介绍了在1台410t/h锅炉上的应用情况。
Abstract Research works of pulverized coal bias combustion and applications on tangentially fired burners are summarized. Particle concentration ratio of rich and lean pulverized coal steam, mixing characters of these two streams, are proposed to be the key technique for realization of horizontal bias conbustion. Detailed industrial experiments on a 35t/h boiler and application on a 410t/h boiler are also introduced in this paper. Figs 6, table 1 and refs 14.
