摘要
本文从分析影响塑件尺寸误差的因素着手,着重讨论了模具制造公差对模具成型尺寸的作用和变化区域的影响,提出了由工艺参数计算塑件平均收缩率以及收缩率波动的数学模型和方法,将收缩率估计误差与收缩率波动相联系量化了收缩率估计误差,给出了评定预留模具磨损量好坏的标准,从概率论而非极限论的观点重新对引起塑件尺寸误差的因素进行了合成,并对模具设计中采用的修模余量的大小进行了分析研究。在此基本上,作者提出了利用功效系数法实现设计模具制造公差、模具磨损量、收缩率估计误差、修模余量同时达到最优值的多目标型腔尺寸优化思想,并结合修正后的成型尺计算公式得到优化的模具尺寸。
Start from the elements which lead to the plastic part dimensional error, the active field of mold cavity dimension tolerance, a new model of plasticf shrinkage and its disturbing, the estimating error to the shrinkage by connecting error with shrinkage disturbing, the standard to evaluate how many wear is suitable, recomosed error from the point of foe probabillity not limit, and the machining allowance adopted by mold manufacturer usually had been discussed in this paper. Base on the discussion above, a multi-object optimal method to get the optimal dimension tolerance, wear, estimating error, and machining all owance at the same time were been presented.
