胶粉改性沥青桥面防水层受力特性试验研究

摘要 为研究胶粉改性沥青防水层受力特性,利用压剪试验机和拉拔试验仪分别对不同类型防水材料、温度、防水层厚度及撒布碎石粒径时的防水层进行层间抗剪切及粘结性能试验。研究结果表明:无论何种防水材料,温度是影响层间抗剪和粘结能力的最主要因素,且随温度升高,层间抗剪切和粘结能力下降;厚度为1.5mm、撒布碎石粒径为5-10mm的胶粉改性沥青防水层的抗剪和粘结能力最好,更适用于寒冷地区。 To examine the mechanical properties for waterproof layer with rubber-modified asphalt,the experiments on shear resistance and cohesion performance were done for the different type of waterproofing materials,the temperature,and the thickness of layers and various sizes of crushed stone with shear testing machine and pull-out testing machine,respectively.The results shown that the temperature is the most important factor influencing the shear resistance and bonding capacity of interface for all waterproof materials,they would decrease with the temperature increase.The rubber-powder modified asphalt is the best result of 1.5mm thickness with the spreading gravel size of 5-10mm,and it is more suitable for using of cold area.
