摘要
分析了填料级配、含水量、粒径、松铺厚度、自身特性、施工机械的碾压速度、遍数等对碎石土路基压实特性的影响,并以河北省保(定)阜(平)高速公路碎石土路基试验段为依托,试验研究了压实机械的合理施工参数。对于选用YZ20 J-3振动压路机而言,采用微振1遍+强振5遍,碾压速度在4.5~5 km/h之间的施工参数能满足路基压实度要求。
This article examines the gradation of filler,the moisture content,the size distribution,the loose thickness,the characteristics,the rolling speed of construction machinery,and the effect of rolling passes to the compaction characteristics of crushed stone soil for subgrade.With support project,the test section of Baoding to Fuping Expressway in Hebei Province,the reasonable construction parameters by compaction equipments.For the selected YZ2J-3 Roller,the construction parameters,1 pass of small vibration plus 5 passes of strong vibration at the speed of 4.5-5km/h would meet the requirements of subgrade compactness.
