摘要 采用均匀设计,在实验室考查焦化汽油加氢精制工艺条件对精制汽油胶质、碘值、氮含量的影响,通过建立数学模型和模型分析,并在此基础上优化焦化汽油加氢精制工艺条件。结果表明,在优化工艺条件下,精制汽油胶质不大于5mg·(100mL)^(-1)、碘值不大于5gI·(100g)^(-1)氮含量不大于9×10^(-5),满足汽油使用要求。该工艺条件可为焦化汽油单独加氢提供依据。 The effect of process condition on the glue and iodine value and nitrogen content of coking naphtha hydrotreating was studied in the laboratory by using uniform distribution and experimental design, and a mathematical model was established and the model was analysed. Based on the model, the process conditions were optimized. The result indicated that the glue and iodine value of the hydrotreating gasoline were less than 5 mg·(100mL) -1 and 5 gI·(100g)-1, the nitrogen content of the hydrotreating gasoline was less than 9.0×10 ^(-5) under the optimized process conditions.
