摘要
研究了新显色剂6-Me-BTAEB与铜的显色反应,试验结果表明,在pH=3.0~6.5范围内及乙醇存在下,Cu(Ⅱ)与6-Me-BTAEB形成一稳定的配合物,最大吸收波长为655nm,表现摩尔吸光系数为6.00×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),铜浓度在0~25mg/25mL范围内服从比耳定律,该方法应用于铝合金和工业污水中铜的测定,结果令人满意。
The colour reaction of copper(Ⅱ) with 2- [2-16-Methylben Zothiazzolylazo] -5-diethylami-nokenzoic acid was studied. In the presence of ethyl alcohol, copper(Ⅱ) reacts with 6 - Me - BTAEB to form a stable complex at pH3.0-6.5. The complex shows an absorbance maximum at 655nm, and its apparent molar absorptivity is 6. 00×10~4 L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-25μg Cu(Ⅱ)/ 25mL. The method is highly sensitive and relatively selective. It was applied to the determination of copper in aluminium alloy and industrial offluent with satisfactory results.
