Al基复合材料耐磨特性的研究

An Investigation on Abrasion Resistance of Al-Base Composites

摘要 采用粉末冶金的方法制备了4种不同增强体组分的Al基复合材料,分别为:10%Al2O3/Al复合材料、1%MWCNT+9%Al2O3/Al复合材料、5%MWCNT+5%Al2O3/Al复合材料、10%MWCNT/Al复合材料。在载荷为100g,滑动速度为0.5m/s条件下,对上述4种组分的Al基复合材料的耐磨性进行了测量,结果表明:5%MWCNT+5%Al2O3/Al复合材料磨损量最小,磨损形式为磨粒磨损。 By using powder metallurgy process,following Al-base composites with 4 types of reinforcements were prepared:10%Al2O3/Al composite,1% MWCNT +9% Al2O3/Alcomposite,5% MWCNT +5% Al2O3/Alcomposite,10% MWCNT/Al composite.The abrasion resistance of above 4 types of composites was test with load of 100 g,sliding velocity of 0.5 m/s,the results showed that the minimum abrasion loss was composite of 5%MWCNT+5%Al2O3/Al,and its abrasion loss was type of debris abrasion.
