摘要
介绍了铸铁侵入性气孔缺陷的形成机理和位置特征;在生产实践中通过减少砂芯(型)发气量、增加砂芯(型)排气、提高浇注温度、合理控制浇注时间等措施,达到了预防和降低灰铸铁缸体、缸盖气孔缺陷。
The sorts of blowhole defects,formation mechanism and location characteristics of the irruptive blowhole were introduced.By reducing gas evolution of sand cores (moulds),increase venting holes of cores and moulds,enhancing pouring temperature,properly controlling pouring time etc.,the blowhole defects of cylinder blocks and heads were prevented and eliminated.
