摘要
根据对断裂凸轮轴进行的化学成分分析、力学性能测试、显微组织和断口形貌观察,确认该凸轮各项质量指标均达到控制要求,认为凸轮轴清理时打磨过度,造成应力集中是发生断裂的主要原因。采取了相应措施后,断裂问题不再发生。
Based on the chemical composition analysis,mechanical properties test,microstructure and fracture observation conducted on the broken camshaft,it was confirmed that all quality requirements for the camshaft have been met,and therefore,it was believed that excess grinding during casting cleaning process caused stress concentration which was the main reason causing breaking.By adopting relevant measures,no breaking problem occurred again.
