低场MRI在膝关节损伤中的临床应用价值

Clinical practical value of low field MRI in knee joint injury

目的:探讨低场MRI对膝关节损伤检查的影像学特点及临床应用价值。方法:因膝关节急、慢性损伤就诊并行低场MRI检查的患者19例,均做关节镜检查,回顾性分析各种损伤下的影像学表现。结果:膝关节半月板撕裂5例,半月板变性6例,前后交叉韧带松弛5例,关节退变软骨损伤15例,关节积液8例。结论:低场MRI检查相对于其他影像检查对膝关节多种损伤的诊断具有较大优势,低场MRI小角度翻转脂肪抑制序列对膝关节损伤的诊断作用值得重视和探讨。

Objective To investigate the imaging characteristics and clinical application value of low field MRI in knee joint injury.Method Nineteen patients with acute and chronic knee joint injury were examed with MRI and arthroscopy,the imaging performances under all kinds ofinjury were retrospectively analyzed.Results Five cases with meniscus tear,6 with meniscus degeneration,5 with relaxation before and after the cruciate ligament,15 with articular degeneration and cartilage injury,8 with joint effusion.Conclusion Compared with other imaging exam,low field MRI has the advantages in the diagnosis of knee joint injury,and small-angle turn fat suppression sequences is worth to be attended and explored in the diagnosis of knee joint injury.
