外环小切口治疗儿童斜疝

Analysis of small incision for children indirect inguinal herni

目的:探讨小儿斜疝的微创治疗。方法:收集30例小切口手术治疗6个月～10岁儿童斜疝的临床资料进行总结和分析。结果:全部治愈,无复发。无阴囊血肿及切口感染。手术时间平均10min。随访1～3年,原切口处基本看不到手术瘢痕。结论:外环小切口治疗儿童斜疝适宜6个月～10岁小儿,具有创伤小,手术时间短,恢复快,切口不留瘢痕等优点。

Objective To discuss the treatment of minimally invasive surgery to indirect inguinal hernia in children.Method To analyze the clinical date of 30 children with indirect inguinal hernia receiving the operation of hernial sac via outer ring with small incision.Their age was between 6 months to 8 years old.Results All cases were cured without complications of scrotal hematoma and incision infection.The average operation time was 10 min,follow up for 1 ～ 3 years showed no skin scar in the original incision.Conclusion High ligation of hernial sac via outer ring with small incision has such advantages as slight injury,shorter operative time,quicker postoperative recovery,no scars;it is a safe and effective minimally invasive surgical treatment for the children whose age between 6 months and 10 years old ofindirect inguinal hernia.
