2型糖尿病外周血管病变与其他糖尿病并发症相关性的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨外周血管病变与其他糖尿病并发症之间的相关性。方法:对比糖尿病外周血管病变患者(A组)与未发生外周血管病变患者(B组)的各项临床指标,通过统计学方法处理,得出结果。结果:两组患者在年龄、肥胖程度上无明显差异无统计学意义,发生糖尿病眼病、糖尿病肾病及脑卒中的概率也相似。A组患者病程明显长于B组,多有吸烟史、糖尿病家族史,血压较B组患者高,其他并发症包括冠心病、神经病变发生率较B组高,两组差异有统计学意义。结论:糖尿病外周血管病变与多种因素、多种慢性并发症均有一定的相关性,当糖尿病患者出现上述危险因素之一时,即应警惕发生外周血管病变的可能,监测相关指标,及早干预。 Objective To investigate the relativity between the peripheral arterial disease(PAD) and other diabetic complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method Contrast clinical data between the patients with PAD(group A) and patients without PAD(group B) was analyzed with statistics method.Results There were no obvious differences between the two groups in age and obesity indices,and the incidence of diabetic retinopathy,diabetic nephropathy and stroke was similar.Compared to group B,patients in group A had longer course,higher smoking rate,higher rate of family history of diabetes,higher blood pressure,higher rate of other diabetes complications,such as coronary heart disease and neurologic disease.Conclusion PDA is related with many factors.Once we find one of risk factors of diabetes,intervention should be carried out earlier to prevent progressive diseases.
