慢性乙型肝炎患者血清白细胞介素16的检测及其意义

Detection and significance ofinterleukin-16 in serum from patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的:本实验通过分析慢性乙型肝炎患者血清中IL-16的变化规律,旨在探索IL-16与肝脏损伤之间的关系。方法:本实验采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定75例慢性乙型肝炎患者及28例正常对照组血清中IL-16的水平。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测慢性乙型肝炎患者乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)-DNA。结果:慢性乙型肝炎组和正常对照组血清IL-16水平分别为(1.957±0.402),(1.212±0.316)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);按HBV-DNA含量将患者分为;<105拷贝/ml为低病毒载量组;105～106拷贝/ml为中病毒载量组;≥107拷贝/ml为高病毒载量组。各组血清IL-16的水平分别为(3.175±2.376),(2.951±2.208),(2.256±1.203)ng/ml;各组间两两比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:IL-16参与了慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者的肝损伤过程,而与病毒的复制无关。

Objective To investigate the changes ofinterleukin-16 in serum from patients with chronic hepatitis B and explore the relations between serum interleukin-16 levels and liver damage,the replication of hepatitis B virus in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Method The serum levels of IL-16 were detected by ELISA in 75 patients with chronic hepatitis B and 28 normal controls.Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to measure the HBV-DNA.Results The serum levels of IL-16 in the chronic hepatitis B,and the normal controls were（1.957 ± 0.402） ng/ml and（1.212 ± 0.316） ng/ml,respectively.There was significant difference between chronic hepatitis B and the controls（P〈0.05）.The patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into three groups according to HBV-DNA contents：low virus load group（ 105 copy/ml）,middle virus load group（105 ～ 106 copy/ml） and high virus load group（≥107 copy/ml）.The serum levels of IL-16 in above three groups were（3.175 ± 2.376） ng/ml,（2.951 ± 2.208） ng/ml and（2.256 ± 1.203） ng/ml,respectively.There was no significant difference between the serum IL-16 levels of every two group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion IL-16 participates in liver inflammatory injury process in patients with chronic hepatitis B.The serum IL-16 in chronic hepatitis B is not related to the replication of hepatitis B virus.
