基于灰色理论的车辆装备采办关键风险评价方法研究

Research on Key Risk Evaluation Method of Vehicle Purchasing Based on Gray Theory

从采办主体的视角出发,综合运用灰色理论和AHP法,提出了一种定性分析与定量分析相结合、以定量分析为主的车辆装备采办关键风险多层次灰色评价方法;构建了车辆装备采办关键风险指标体系,通过具体实例应用表明,该方法用于车辆装备采办关键风险评估切实可行。

From the perspective of the purchasing leader,based on the gray theory and the analytical hierarchy process,this paper puts forward a new method,which combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,with the focus on the latter,and can be applied to evaluate the key venture judgment in vehicle equipment purchase,A hierarchical structured model of the evaluation index system for the key venture judgment in vehicle equipment purchase is established.The experimental result shows that the evaluation method is practical and makes the key venture judgment in vehicle equipment purchase more feasible and reasonable.
