摘要
外训教学的学习主体是外国军事留学生,他们与内训学员的思维差异明显,基础知识相对薄弱,成人教育特征显著。因此,为了提高其学习效果,需要探索有效的途径充分调动他们的学习积极性,根据认知规律选取有效手段施教,采用正确的策略克服思维差异,最终帮助他们学有所成,归国之后学有所用。
Overseas military students are the main agents in foreign training.Compared with China cadets,they have different mindset,weak rudimentary knowledge,obvious adult education traits.In order to improve their learning effect,this paper brings forward effective ways by mobilizing their studying enthusiasm and overcoming their thought differences based on psychological cognition rule which help them to apply their training knowledge after they back to their hometown.
