摘要
阿根廷独特的历史环境,塑造了其三种传统外交思想:阿根廷的殖民地历史,影响其产生了独立自主意识,成为以后阿根廷采取反对大国干涉、要求民族自决、维护国家主权等外交政策的指导思想;阿根廷的地缘政治环境,促成其诉求次区域霸权的拉美大国情结,深深影响地区未来的走向;与欧洲的紧密联系则又使其形成了欧洲优先的传统,成为其制定外交政策的一个基础。
Argentina＇s unique historical environment has helped shape three traditional diplomatic thoughts. Argentina＇s colonial history, arousing its independent awareness, has become the guiding ideology of foreign policies against the interference of big powers, demanding self-determination and safeguarding the national sovereignty. Ar- gentina＇s geo-political environment, which made a claim to sub-regional hegemony in Latin America, has deeply affected the future of the region. Its close ties with Europe, which helped develop the tradition of European priority, has also become a basis for formulating its foreign policies
