尸体肾移植存活10年以上14例报告

Cadavesic renal transplants:survival for more than 10 years (Report of 14 cases)

目的:探讨影响肾移植患者及移植物长期存活的因素,为提高其长期存活率提供依据。方法:回顾性分析1977年10月～1987年10月尸体肾移植60例中存活10年以上者14例的临床资料。结果:14例中存活20、18、17、16、15年者各1例,11年4例,10年5例。结论:1存活率提高与使用CsA有关;2ABO血型相配与否对存活率影响不大;3受者术前全身状况及术后高血压对长期存活有影响;4长期使用免疫抑制剂易发生感染性疾病而影响长期存活。

Purpose:To probe in the factors which have influence over long term survival of recipients and transplant kidney.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 14 cases with survival for more than 10 years in 60 renal allografts was conducted.Results:In the 14 cases,survial time:15～20 years survival were 5,11 years,4;10 years,5.Conclusions:①The rise of survival rate was related to using CsA;② ABO matching had little effect on survival rate;③ Recipients general condition before operation and hypertension post operation had influence over long term survival;④ A long term administration of immuno depressants would have effects on the survival time.
