绍兴污水处理厂污泥脱水设备选型浅析

Discussion on the sludge dewatering equipment selection in the Shaoxing Wastewater Treatment Plant

结合绍兴污水处理厂新建污泥脱水项目的设备选型,对国内16家污水处理厂的污泥脱水设备运行情况进行调研,就目前应用广泛的带式压滤机、离心机、板框压滤机三种脱水方式,从建设投资、运行成本、现场环境、操作维修等方面进行比较,以选择适宜的脱水设备,最终建议采用离心机。

Research on the operation of the dewatering equipments of 16 domestic typical wastewater treatment plants was carried out.Based on the dewatering equipment selection for sludge treatment project in Shaoxing Wastewater Treatment Plant,the three existing dewatering methods,such as belt filter press,centrifuge press,and plate and frame filter press,were studied.The comparison of investment,operation cost,spot environment,and operation and maintenance was carried out to select the proper dewatering equipments,and the centrifuge press was suggested finally.
