摘要
目的:探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(human papillomavious,HPV)不同亚型多重感染与宫颈病变的关系。方法:采用核酸分子快速导流杂交低密度基因芯片分型检测技术对238例女性HPV感染者进行HPV分型检测,同时检测宫颈病变程度。结果:仅感染高危型HPV病毒(包括混合感染多种高危HPV病毒)的女性患者其宫颈癌、尖锐湿疣构成比与仅感染低危型HPV病毒(包括混合感染多种低危HPv病毒)组的相应构成比存在较大差异(X^2=50.62,P〈0.01);感染多种高危(低危)HPV与感染单一高危(低危)HPv相比。不同宫颈疾病的构成比并无差别(X^2=0.64,P〉0.05;X^2=0.46,P〉0.05)。结论:感染多重高危型HPV引起宫颈癌的患病风险增加,而多重低危型HPV则更易引起尖锐湿疣的发生;高危或低危多重感染并不会促进宫颈疾病的进展。
Objective :To elucidate the correlation between multiple human papillomavirus (HPV)infection and cervical disease. Methods :The cervical samples of 238 women were detected with flow-through hybrization and gene chip on human papillomavious(HPV) subtype and various cervical disease were also analysed. Results:( 1 )The constituent ratio of uterine cervix cancer, verruca acuminatain women infected high risk HPV types ( include multiple high risk ) were significantly diferent from those infected low risk HPV types. ( X^2 = 50.62, P 〈 0.01 ) (2)The multiple infection rate(only high or low type) was not increased with severity of cervical dysplasia. Just one type infection(high or low) were significantly diferent from those both infected HPV types. (X^2 =0.64,P 〉0.05;X^2 =0.46,P 〉 0.05) Conclusion:The risk of uterine cervix cancer infection was increased in women infected with high risk (single or multi ) HPV subtypes. The low risk type( single or multi) HPV was role in verruca acuminatain; Multiple infection rate was not increased with severity of cervical dysplasia.
