云南几大湖泊海菜花营养成分分析

Analysis on Nutrient Components in Ottelia acuminata in Several Lakes of Yunnan

采用常规分析法测定了云南省部分湖泊中海菜花(Ottelia acuminata)的主要营养成分。结果表明,海菜花的蛋白质含量与普通豆类植物相当,粗蛋白含量较低,钙、磷含量较高,粗纤维含量中等;其全株营养成分总体效价较花茎高。

The main nutrient components in Ottelia acuminata in partial lakes of Yunnan Province were determined by using traditional analysis method. The results showed that the protein content of O. acuminata was equal to that of common leguminous plants,its crude protein content was lower,its calcium and phosphorous contents were higher and its crude fiber content was moderate; their total valence values of nutrient components in whole plant were higher than that in scape. 更多还原
