香烟烟雾水溶液对雄果蝇生育力的影响

Effect of Aqueous Solution of Cigarette Smog on the Fecundity of Male Fruit Fly

[目的]探讨香烟烟雾对雄果蝇生育力的影响。[方法]将野生型黑腹果蝇用含不同浓度香烟烟雾水溶液的培养基培养,然后使之与处女蝇交配,统计其蛹的发生量。[结果]随着香烟烟雾水溶液的浓度的增加,雄果蝇生育力降低。[结论]不同浓度香烟烟雾水溶液对雄果蝇的生育力有显著影响。

Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effects of aqueous solution of cigarette smog on the fecundity of male fruit fly. [Method] The wild black-abdomen fruit fly was cultured in culture medium of the aqueous solution of cigarette smog at different concentrations. They were bred with the virgin fly. The emergence size of its pupa was counted. [Result] The fecundity of male fruit fly decreased with the increase of the concentration of aqueous solution of cigarette smog. [Conclusion] Different concentrations of aqueous solution of cigarette smog had significant effects on the fecundity of male fruit fly.
