摘要
[目的]探讨福建特色烤烟品种CB-1和F1-35的最佳采摘成熟度。[方法]选取上、中、下3个部位烟叶进行试验,每个部位设4个处理,研究不同处理对原烟外观质量、感官质量和化学成分的影响。[结果]CB-1和F1-35品种的最佳采摘成熟度不同,下部烟叶,2者均以XM3处理最好;中部烟叶,CB-1以CM3处理最好,F1-35以CM2处理最好;上部烟叶,CB-1以BM2处理最好,F1-35以BM3处理最好。[结论]不同烟叶品种的最适成熟度采摘时间存在差异,适当提前采摘时间能有效提高烟叶质量。
[ Objective ] To explore the optimum picking maturity of CB-1 and F1-35 characteristic flue-cured tobacco varieties in Fujian province. [ Method ] A total of three parts of the tobacco were selected as experimental materials, and every part have four treatments. The effects of different treatments on the appearance quality, sensory quality and chemical composition of CB-1 and F1-35 were studied. [ Result ] The optimum picking maturities of CB-1 and F1-35 were different. The lower leaves of CB-1 and F1-35 presented best in XM3 treatment;the middle leaves of CB-1 presented best in CM3 treatment,and that of F1-35 presented best in CM2 treatment; the upper leaves of CB-1 and F1-35 presented best in BM2 and BM3 treatment ,respectively. [ Conclusion] The optimum picking maturity of CB-1 and F1-35 is different. An appropriate picking strategy can improve the quality of tobacco leaves.
