A process for the large scale purification of thrombin like enzyme from venom of Agkistrodon halys ussuriensis emilianov by DEAE Sepharose FF,CM Sepharose FF and G Sepharose CL 6B chromatographies was developed.The quality of product purified by the process fully conformed to the requirements issued by The Ministry of Public Health.
