摘要
根据洮河临洮县段水资源开发利用现状,综合分析该段上、下游各水电站的具体特点,结合断面来水情况,利用水资源系统管理与规划的相关方法,建立以小水电站群发电量最多为目标的联合调度引水方案,分析研究出群中各小型水电站最优的发电引水流量,以期为洮河该段各水电站的优化运行提供有力保障。
According to the development and utilization of water resources in Tao River in Lintao County, the concrete characters of hydropower stations located both in upper and downstream of river were analyzed totally. Combined with runoff situation of the cross-section ,the joint dispatch diversion programs that allowed a maximum capacity of small-sized hydropower stations group was established by the related methods of water resources system management and planning. The optimum amount of water flow for each small - sized hydropower station deduced can greatly guarantee the optimal operation of hydropower stations in Tao River.
