摘要
福建境内山峦起伏,河谷与盆地穿插其间,两大山带及其中间长廊状谷地所形成的马鞍状地形,导致强对流天气的多发,雷电灾害的频繁。笔者通过对福建省丘陵山地雷电活动的地域、时间分布规律的研究,从农业生产现状、农村建筑物防雷装置现状、农民的防雷意识、农村雷电安全管理等方面剖析丘陵山地农村雷击原因,进一步从加强防雷宣传、增强农民的防雷意识,建立农村防雷减灾管理体系,完善建筑物防直击雷装置,建设农村防雷安全设施等方面提出应对的措施。
There are undulating hills in Fujian Province and river valley and basin interweave with. Saddle-shaped topography composed of two big mountain belts and the middle corridor-like valley leads to frequent occurrence of convective weather and lightning disaster. By stud- ying the activity regions and spatial distribution laws of lightning in hills and mountains of Fujian Province, the causes of lightning strike in hills and mountains were analyzed from the aspects of the current situation of agricultural production, the current situation of lightning-protection device in village, lightning-protection awareness of farmer and lightning safety management. Some measures were proposed, including strengthening the lightning-protection propaganda and lightning-protection awareness of farmer, establishing the management system of lightning-protection and damage mitigation in village, improving direct lightning flash-protection device and building of lightning safety device in village.
