摘要 [目的]研究玉米秸秆吸附去除水溶液中染料的性能。[方法]研究了玉米秸秆作为吸附剂对非水溶性分散红玉S-2GFL和水溶性活性蓝X-BR2种染料去除的可行性,重点考察了pH值、染料初始浓度、吸附剂投加量、吸附剂粒径、电解质和吸附时间等因素对染料吸附脱色率的影响。[结果]当初始pH值为2,吸附时间为36h,吸附剂粒径为30~40(380~550μm)目,染料浓度为50mg/L,吸附剂量为5g/L时,玉米秸秆对这2种染料的去除效果较好,吸附脱色率可以达到96%以上。两者的吸附等温线均符合Langmuir和Freundl-ich方程,2个吸附过程亦符合Langergren准一级反应动力学方程。但是随着水溶液中氯化钠浓度提高,玉米秸秆对染料的吸附脱色率呈下降趋势。[结论]玉米秸秆对2种不同类型的染料均有很好的去除效果,用其处理染料废水前景广阔。 [ Objective ] The study aime to investigate the properties of removing dyes from aqueous soulution by taking maize straw as adsorbent. [ Method] The feasibility of removing 2 kinds of dyes from the non-water soluble Disperse Red S-2GFL and the water soluble Active Blue X-BR were studied and the effects of the factors such the pH value, the initial concn, of dyes, the dosage of adsorbent, the grain diameter of adsorbent, the electrolytes and the adsorption time on the decolorization rate of dyes adsorption were mainly investigated. [ Result ] When the initial pH was 2, the adsorption time was 36 h, grain diameter of adsorbent was 380 -550 μm, the dye concn, was 50 mg/L and the adsorbent dosage was 5 g/L, the maize straw had good removing effect on the this two kinds of dyes, with the adsorption decolorization rate being above 96%. Their isothermal data of adsorption followed the Langmuir and Freundlich equations and their adsorption processes cmfformed the pseudo-first-order reaction kinetics equation. However, the decolorization rate of the dyes by adsorption of maize straw was gradually decreased with the increasing of the sodium chloride concn, in the aqueous solution. [ Conclusion] the maize straw had good removing effect on the this two dyes with different types, so it showed wide prospect when it was used to treat the waste water of the dying.
