摘要
针对毛纺厂排出的难生物降解、高浓度的洗毛废水,采用酸化破乳-Fenton试剂氧化-生物降解法进行处理。结果表明,酸化破乳在pH值为3时效果较好;Fenton试剂在FeSO4∶H2O2为2∶1时氧化效果最好。废水的CODCr值由320000降至800mg/L,COD去除率为99.75%;油脂由24000降至216mg/L,油脂去除率为99.10%。
Using acidification demulsifieation-Fenton oxidation-biodegradation method, the high-concentration wool scouring effluent that was difficult to be biodegraded from woolen mill was treated. The results showed that the acidification demulsifieation effect was better at pH = 3. The oxidation effect of Fenton reagent was better at FeSO4 : H2O2 = 2: 1. CODer of the effluent decreased from 320 000 mg/L to 800 mg/L and the removal rate of COD was 99.75%. The concentration of grease decreased from 24 000 mg/L to 216 mg/L and the removal rate of grease was 99.10%.
