绿色建筑住宅小区节水与污水再生利用探讨 被引量:7

摘要 绿色建筑成为世界未来建筑的主导趋势,节水和污水再生利用是绿色建筑技术的重要组成部分。绿色建筑住宅小区的节水途径包括重视节水宣传、加大节水管理力度、推广应用节水器具、设备、雨水收集利用、合理调整用水价格、加强节水执法等;其中污水再生利用主要是处理优质杂排水和雨水作为小区的非饮用水。笔者对比、分析了国内外广泛使用的优质杂排水处理工艺,从群众可接受性、经济可行性和技术可行性3个方面分析了我国绿色建筑住宅小区节水和污水再生利用的可行性及其实施措施与途径。 Green residential building is becoming the dominant trend of the future construction in the world. The houshold water consumption of saving water and wastewater reuse was an important component of the green building technology. The saving water ways of green residential building includes it g importance awareness, it~ management, promotion of saving water devices and equipments, usage of rainwater, reasona- ble water price, and the enforcement of saving water rules and regulations, etc. The main way of wastewater reuse of green residential building was dealing with high-quality drainage and stormwater as a non-drinking water. After the comparison the householdg pursuit acceptability, economic viability and technical feasibility, of the domestic and international wastewater reuse processes, it's finds out the possibility, strategies and methods of the households water consumption of saving water and wastewater reuse in the China green residential building.
