摘要
在阐明乡村旅游发展意义的基础上,探讨了乡村旅游用地对提高土地附加值的贡献,分析了乡村旅游开发中的土地利用模式,总结了我国现行的土地流转政策对于乡村旅游发展的重要性。
Based on significance of rural tourism development, the contribution of rural tourism land to enhance the added value of land was discussed. The land use model in the development of rural tourism was analyzed. The significance of current land transfer policy to the development of rural tourism ＂in China was sum up.
