Application of New Techniques of Surveying and Mapping in Land Planning and Management

在简要介绍RS、GIS、GPS等测绘新技术的基础上,分析了测绘新技术在土地利用调查、土地规划设计、土地勘测定界、土地利用动态监测和土地执法监察等中的基本应用过程和方法。测绘新技术克服了传统土地规划与管理方法的许多不足,使得土地规划和管理更具科学性、实用性和可操作性。

On the basis of brief introduction of the new techniques of surveying and mapping including remote sensing （ RS）, geographic information system （GIS） and global position system （GPS）, the basic application process and methods of new techniques of surveying and mapping in the land use investigation, the land planning and design, the land investigation delimitation, the land use dynamic monitoring, the land supervision by law were analyzed. New techniques of surveying and mapping can overcome many weakness of the traditional land planning and management method and improve maneuverability of land planning and management.
