摘要
[目的]从污水处理池的活性污泥中分离和鉴定酵母废水降解菌株。[方法]采用富集驯化和选择性培养,分离能以酵母废水为唯一碳源、氮源的细菌,采用形态学、16SrDNA序列相似性分析和Biolog微生物自动鉴定系统等对细菌进行鉴定。[结果]分离到1株能降解酵母废水的细菌A-2,该菌株被鉴定为嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(Stenotrophomonas maltophilia)。[结论]该研究为酵母废水的生物降解提供必要的参考。
[Objective] The purpose was to isolate strains for degrading yeast wastewater from active sludge in sewage treating pond and identify the strains.[Method] By using liquid enrichment taming and selective culture,the strain A-2 that utilized yeast wastewater as the sole carbon and nitrogen source was isolated.And according to its morphologic properties,the similarity analysis of its 16S rRNA gene sequence and by Biolog Microstation System,the strain was identified.[Result] A bacterial strain A-2 capable degrading yeast wastewater was obtained and identified as Stenotrophomonas maltophilia.[Conclusion] The study provided the necessary reference for biodegradation of yeast wastewater.
