摘要
臭氧由于其强氧化特性,被广泛应用于氧化分解难降解污染物和杀菌消毒中,但在实际应用中臭氧液相传质效率低,制约了臭氧技术的推广应用。笔者提出了利用电场强化臭氧传质的新方法,并进行了试验研究。结果表明,随着脉冲电压的增加,水中臭氧质量浓度相应增大,总传质系数相应升高。当脉冲电压升到2000V时,水中臭氧质量浓度提高了43.1%,总传质系数提高了89.11%。电极距离在1~3cm变化时,随着电极距离的提高,水中臭氧质量浓度相应增大,总传质系数相应升高,3cm时的传质效果最优,1cm时的传质效果最劣。该方法为研究臭氧向水中的传质提供了新的途径。
Because of its strong oxidation characteristics of ozone,it was widely used in oxidation decomposition of refractory pollutants and disinfection,but in the practical application,its mass transfer efficiency in the liquid phase was low,limiting the wide application of ozone technology.The new method for enhancement of mass transfer in 03/H20 contactor with electric field was put forward,and made the experimental study.The main conclusions were as follows:with the increase of pulse voltage,ozone concentration in water and the total mass transfer coefficient increased correspondingly.When the voltage was 2 kV,ozone concentration in water quality increased by 43.1%,the total mass transfer increased by 89.11% higher than that of the state without electric field.Within the electrodes distance range of 1-3 cm,ozone concentration in water and the total mass transfer coefficient increased correspondingly,ozone off-gas concentration reduced.The best mass transfer was got,under the electrode distance of 3 cm.The worst mass transfer was got,under the electrode distance of 1cm.The method provides a new way to study the mass transfer of ozone to the water.
