摘要
[目的]为两系杂交稻组合研究及水稻两系不育系广占63S的改良提供颜色遗传理论基础。[方法]通过对水稻两系不育系广占63S与黑保(籼型黑米种)和马来西亚紫稻的杂交组合颜色分离情况的调查,系统地研究了广占63S的颜色遗传。[结果]明确了广占63S携带色素原基因(C)、色素活化基因(A)与紫叶表达抑制基因(I-pl),不携带紫叶基因(Pl)与黑米基因(Ps);分析了紫叶基因的一因多效现象;最后总结了水稻颜色遗传的CAPI体系,当色素抑制基因I为显性时,相应部位没有有色表达,当I为隐性或不存在时,颜色表达取决于C、A、P的互作,其中只要有1个为隐性,相应部位颜色就不会表达。[结论]该研究可为水稻两系不育系的品种选育提供理论基础。
[Objective] The theoretical basis of the color inheritance in the genetic improvement of the two-line hybrid rice combination and rice male sterile line-Guangzhan 63S was provided.[Method] The color inheritance of the rice male sterile line-Guangzhan 63S was systematically studied through the investigation of the segregation of the color of the hybrid between the Rice Male Sterile line-Guangzhan 63S/Hebao(indica black rice species)/Malaysia purple rice.[Results] It was clarified that the Guangzhan 63S carried the original gene(C)of pigment,the activation gene(A)of pigment and the suppressor gene(I-pl)of the expression of purple leaf,did not carry the gene(Pl)of purple leaf and the gene(Ps)of black rice,the phenomenon of the pleiotropy of the gene Pl was analyzed,and finally,the CAPI system of rice color inheritance was summarized.The expression of color did appear in the corresponding parts of plant when the gene I was dominant,the expression of color depended on the interaction among C,A,P when the gene I was recessive or did not exist,among which,the color in the corresponding part was not expressed as long as one was recessive.[Conclusion] The theoretical basis of the rice male sterile line breeding was provided through the study.
