不同配方酵素菌肥对草莓产量和品质的影响 被引量:29

摘要 [目的]研究施用不同类型的酵素菌肥对草莓产量和品质的影响。[方法]以全明星草莓品种为试材,酵素菌肥施肥处理设置1#肥(含N、P,微量Zn、Fe、B),2#肥(含N、P、K),3#肥(含有机质),4#肥(含N、P、K,微量Zn、Fe、B),根部浇灌,尿素为对照,根部沟施,分别于草莓萌芽期、初花期和结果初期作为追肥施入。[结果]酵素菌肥可显著增加草莓的产量,施用1#,2#,3#,4#肥料,分别比对照增产19.45%、25.12%、13.96%、30.98%。酵素菌肥可改善草莓的品质,能显著提高草莓果实的维生素C和可溶性糖含量,对果实可滴定酸的含量影响不大。与对照相比,施用4#肥的果实糖/酸比值提高17.66%,维生素C含量提高14.81%。[结论]施用酵素菌肥既可增加草莓产量又可改善草莓品质。 [Objective] The study aimed to research the ferment bacteria fertilizer with different types on the yield and quality of strawberry.[Method] With the strawberry variety Quanmingxing as the tested material,the ferment bacteria fertilizer treatments were set up as No 1 fertilizer with N,P,Zn,Fe,B,No 2 fertilizer with N,P,K,No 3 fertilizer with organic matter,No 4 fertilizer with N,P,K,Zn,Fe,B and they were applied by irrigating in the root of the strawberry.The urea was taken as the CK and was applied in the channel near the root of the strawberry.They were taken as the topdressing and applied in the periods of germination,initial flowering and initial fruit-setting of the strawberry,resp.[Result] Ferment bacteria fertilizer could significantly increase the yield of strawberries,and the application of No 1,No 2,No 3,No 4 fertilizer could increased the yield by 19.45%,25.12%,13.96%,30.98% resp.compared with CK.Ferment bacteria fertilizer could improve the quality of strawberry,significantly increase the vitamin C and soluble sugars in strawberry and had little effect on the titratable acidity content in the fruit.Compared with the CK,the application of No 4 fertilizer could improve the fruit sugar/acidity ratio by 17.66% and VC 14.81%.[Conclusion] Application of the ferment bacteria fertilizer could not only increase the yield,but also improve the quality of strawberry.
