摘要
[目的]寻找适宜川续断种子发芽的处理方法。[方法]用培养皿发芽法,研究赤霉素的浓度、浸泡时间、催芽温度对续断种子发芽特性的影响。[结果]赤霉素处理可促进续断种子发芽。用浓度300mg/L的赤霉素对川续断种子浸泡12~24h,在20~25℃下催芽效果最好,可使种子的发芽率和发芽势分别提高到76.3%和59.0%。[结论]该研究为川续断的规范化栽培提供了一定的理论依据和技术参考。
[Objective] The study was to find a suitable approach for germination treatment of the seeds of Dosacus asper Wall..[Method] The ordinary germination in petri dish was conducted to study the influences with different concentrations of gibberellins on the germinating character of the seeds of Dosacus asper Wall..[Result] Treatment in GA3 can promote the germination of the seeds of Dosacus asper Wall..When the seed of Dosacus asper Wall.was soaked with 300 mg/L concentration of GA3 in 12-24 h,the effect of accelerating germination was good under 20-25 ℃ and meanwhile the germination rate and the germination energy respectively will increase by 76.3% and 59%.[Conclusion] The article can provide some theoretical basis and technical references for standardized cultivation of Dosacus asper Wall.seeds.
