摘要
[目的]研究寒兰盆苗栽培适宜基质配比。[方法]通过连续4年测定不同基质配比培养的寒兰叶长度、宽度、花葶数量、发苗量生长指标的变化情况,采用方差分析和同比分析方法,选出较适宜的基质配比。[结果]M5(树皮∶腐质土∶珍珠岩=8∶1∶1)是培育寒兰较为适宜和理想的基质配比。[结论]该研究为寒兰的产业化发展及居室培植提供技术基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the suitable substrate ratio of container seedlings cultivation of Cymbidium kanran Makino.[Method] Through continuous 4 years test on the variation conditions of the growth index,which in terms of leaf length,leaf width,scape number,new shoot number of Cymbidium kanran Makino cultured on different substrate ratio,the methods of variance and year-over-year analysis were adopted to elect more suitable substrate ratio.[Result] M5(bark∶humus∶perlite=8∶1∶1)was a suitable and ideal substrate ratio for the cultivation of Cymbidium kanran Makino.[Conclusion] The study provides the technological basis for the industrial development and the room cultivation of Cymbidium kanran Makino.
