地理标志产品抚顺哈什蚂特征元素及其与土壤环境相关性研究

Characteristic Elements in Geographical Indication Product Fushun Forest Frog and Their Correlation with Soil Environment

[目的]研究地理标志产品抚顺哈什蚂特征元素及其与土壤环境的相关性。[方法]通过等离子体发射光谱法对抚顺哈什蚂油中的10种元素与来自其他地域的蛙油(林蛙油、牛蛙油、蟾蜍油)进行比对,确定表征抚顺哈什蚂的特征元素,并系统研究了特征元素与其生长的土壤环境之间的关联性。[结果]蛙油中的大多元素如磷、铁、铜、锰、钾、镁等的含量趋势与土壤有一定的相关性。[结论]该研究为地理标志保护产品抚顺哈什蚂的保真提供了理论依据。

[Objective] The aim was to study characteristic elements in geographical indication product Fushun forest frog＇s oviduct and their correlation with soil environment.[Method] 10 kinds of elements in geographical indication product Fushun forest frogs were compared with those in the other regions＇ frogs by plasma emission spectrum method so as to determine characteristic elements of Fushun forest frog;Meanwhile the correlation between the characteristic elements and soil environment was studied systematically.[Result] The content trends of some elements like P,Fe,Cu,Mn,Mg,etc.in frog oil had certain correlation with soil environment.[Conclusion] The research results provide theoretical basis for the fidelity of geographical indication product Fushun forest frog.
