摘要
基于GIS-T和MTD技术的智能城市交通信息发布系统的原理和运行机制,是将交通信息采集发布、交通流评估模型、交通流预测模型和WebGIS有机地结合在一起,构成一整套完善的城市智能交通信息发布系统,实现交通信息的直观、实时发布,辅助出行者进行出行最优路径选择和出行时间预估,从而达到交通流动态调控的目的。
The principle and operational mechanism of intelligent urban traffic information release system,which is based on GIS-T and MTD technology,is establishing a set of perfect urban intelligent traffic information release system through integrating the collection and release of traffic information with traffic flow evaluation model,traffic flow forecast model,as well as WebGIS to implement visu alized and real-time traffic information release and help travelers select optimal route and predict travel time,finally realize the objective of dynamic adjustment of traffic flow.
