摘要
用木素木霉和凤尾菇菌研究了它们的交替发酵的酶活力,发现它们交替发酵的酶活力明显比单一菌种培养时为高,两者的差异高的竟达15倍以上,这为提高纤维素酶的产量和酶活性开辟了一条新的酶发酵工艺途径。
The difference of cellulase achvity betWeen the alternate fermentahon of tWo fungi species and the fermentation of mono-fungus specie is studied, using, Pleurotus sajor-caju (Fr.) Sing. and Trichoderma linorum (Tode) Harz. The results show that cellulase activity by the alternate fermentahon of two fungi species is 15 times higher than the fermentahon of mono-fungus specie. ms provides a new emyme fermentahon technology for increasing output and achvity of cellulase.
