摘要
建设工程施工阶段的工程变更对工程的进度、质量、投资具有很大的影响,严重时会直接影响到整个建设工程项目的成败,因此探讨工程变更的管理很有必要。
Changes taking place in project construction phase have a great impact on the project progress,quanlity,and investment.When the time is series,it will directly affect the success or failure of the entire construction project.Therefore,the study on change management of construction projects is necessary.
