Transesterification of Organosilyl Alcohol Catalyzed by Lipase in Organic Phase.

摘要 在有机介质中,脂肪酶L1754可以催化非天然有机硅烷醇与脂肪酸酯的转酯反应.反应介质、反应体系水活度和底物的结构对酶促转酯反应有显著的影响.适宜的反应介质为正辛烷,反应体系最适水活度为055. Transesterification of non natural trimethylsilyl alcohol with fatty ester in organic phase could be catalyzed by lipase from Candida cylindracea . The transesterification reaction was apparently affected by the hydrophobicity of reaction medium, the water activity of the reaction system and the structure of the substrates. n Octane was found to be the best medium for the reaction and the optimum water activity for the reaction is about 0 55.
