自锁可调式床用约束带的研制与临床应用

目的：探讨精神科新型约束带的改良以及其在临床上约束患者中的应用效果，为特殊患者提供安全、有效约束手段提供参考。方法：在约束带的制作和应用方法上进行改进，使之具有床边自锁、腕带、踝带、腰带距离可调的功能，经96例患者临床应用、观察，记录约束不良反应的发生并进行比较。结果：通过对分别使用新型自锁可调式床用约束带和老式防护带实施约束后引起的不良反应进行比较，新型自锁可调式床用约束带效果较好，副作用显著减少（均〈P0．01）。结论：我院自锁可调式约束带的制作及应用，减少了约束不良反应，减轻了患者的不舒适感，提供了更安全、有效、人性化的护理。

Objective To evaluate the improvement of psychiatric new restraint band and its clinical application effect of constraint Huanzhe, as Teshu patients provide safe and effective restraint Shouduan provide Shenkao. Methods In the constraint with the production and application of methods to improve, to make a bed from the lock, wrist, ankle straps, adjustable belt away from the function, after 96 cases of clinical application, to observe and record the occurrence of adverse reactions constraints and compared. Results By using the new sell-locking were adjustable bed bound with tape and old-fashioned defense after the implementation of constraints caused by adverse reactions were compared, the new seff-locking adjustable bed bound with good effect, side effects were significantly reduced （all〈P0.01）. Conclusion The self-locking adjustable hospital with the production and application of constraints to reduce the adverse effects of constraints, reduced patient discomfort and provide a more safe, effective and humane care.
