摘要 采用IFA、RTPCR法观察了柯萨奇B组病毒(CBV)5型在Hep2细胞内的增殖动态。CBV感染细胞后4h可检出病毒RNA,8h可检出病毒抗原,12h可观察到细胞病变,20h可检出病毒颗粒。结果为CBV增殖特性的研究提供了新的资料,并指出PCR是监测CBV增殖的敏感方法。 The dynamic change of coxsackie B virus (CBV) 5 type propagation was studied in Hep 2 cells by immunofluorescence assay, reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and cytological methods. The results showed that CBV RNA could be detected at 4 hours in postinfection, viral antigen was positive at 8 hours and cytopathic effect could be found at 12 hours. The viral particles could be observed at 20 hours in postinfection. These results provided new data for observation of CBV propagation, also, it indicated that the reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction was a sensitive technique for monitoring CBV propagation.
