The fluorescence spectra changes of AaH Ⅲ in denaturants were studied by three dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy. The results showed that the emission bands of AaH Ⅲ remained at the same wavelength for the different excitation in 0 1% SDS solution, while red shift ocurred when deviated from the maximum excitation wavelength in 5 0 mol·L -1 guanidine HCl solution. It was conferred from the three dimensional fluorescence spectra that the Trp residues were partially located in the hydrophobic core of AaH Ⅲ molecule.
