摘要 目的:建立动物源性食品牛肉中玉米赤霉醇的残留分析方法。方法:采用叔丁基甲醚溶剂提取牛肉中玉米赤霉醇的残留,以乙腈-水(70:30)为流动相,流速0.8ml,进样量50μl,经高效液相色谱分离,以多反应监测(MRM)测定。结果:本方法在0.5—6.25ng/ml内线性良好(r=0.9998);检出限0.2μg/kg;方法回收率为80.45%,RSD为3.21%。结论:本方法稳定、可靠、准确,可用于动物源性食品牛肉中玉米赤霉醇的残留分析方法。 Aim:To establish a method for determination the zeranol in beef .Methods: Methyl t-Butyl Ether was used for extract zeranol in beef. With mobile phase consisting of Aeetonitrile-water(70: 30)and eluted at flow rate of 0.8ml. min- 1 at 25℃ .inject volume 50 μl To Separate by HPLC, to analysis with MRM.Results The line ranges for zeranol were within 0.5-6.25ng/ml .the limit of detection was 0.2μg/kg.the average recorvery was80.45% (RSD3.21%). Conclusion:This method could be used for the determineation of zeranol in beef, and stable,reliable and accurate.
